Secure Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to lock your expedition dates. This covers initial logistics and peak permits.
Final Settlement
Full balance must be cleared 30 days before departure. We accept secure wire transfers and major credit cards.
Client Terms
60+ days notice: Full refund minus deposit. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: Non-refundable.
Objective Hazards
In cases of extreme weather or political unrest, a 100% credit for a future trek will be issued unconditionally.
Field Authority
Our lead guides hold absolute authority to alter routes if trail conditions, weather, or health risks threaten the group.
Mandatory Cover
Insurance must specifically cover high-altitude search and rescue, including helicopter evacuation up to 6,000m.
Medical Integrity
Clients must disclose all medical history. We reserve the right to cancel participation if cardiovascular health is insufficient for high altitude.
Inherent Danger
Mountain travel involves unpredictable natural elements. By booking, you legally assume all environmental hazards.
